The technician, Aaron Harr, and his assistant, whom he was training, showed up very promptly. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and wasted no time in installing my new unit. The team was courteous and had a great deal of patience dealing with our dog who was very happy to see them. Once the unit was installed, tested and fine tuned, Aaron and his assistant cleaned everything. There was no evidence they were ever here except for our new system.
