Wonderful service 24/7!! Called them on Friday night, AC stopped working. They showed up in less than 2hrs and had it working within 30 mins! Life saver. $160 was the emergency call out fee but that’s the same as any given day. Mario was our technician and he was so nice and knowledgeable. We will be using these guys again! Read Less

Mario was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable about his task. I won’t hesitate to call on him again. My mother came with us to Galveston for her 87th birthday so when we got here and found the a/c not working it was a little scary, my wife and I aren’t spring chickens either as we’re in our late 60’s so no a/c could be very bad. We arrived at 4:00. I called immediately and Roberts A/C was here before 5:00. Mario was done and leaving at 5:30, I cannot express how wonderful this experience turned out, finally a company with personal that actually care and you can see it in how they move and act from first contact till conclusion. I called Roberts Air needing a emergency the other day Jonathan came out very quickly walked me through all the issues I was having and explained it in a way that made sense showing me the parts that were bad and why they were bad. really appreciate this level of customer service will definitely be using Roberts again.
