I am writing a review of Robert Aire, and I honestly could not be more satisfied. In the Galveston area, they are the only company willing to work on gas heaters and gas wall heaters, which already sets them apart. Even better, they did an excellent job during my visit. The technicians, Connor and Shannon, were outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They clearly explained what they were doing, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was handled safely and correctly. Their expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. I am very, very satisfied with the service I received and extremely grateful to have found a company this reliable. The tech was onsite for less than one hour. Found a leak in one of the coil feeder tubes. He repaired the leak and recharged the system. I was charged $1800.00 for a simple repair that took less than one hour. Way overpriced for the service. I did business with Roberts Air in the past when Bill Roberts was the owner. I did not realize that he sold the company. Bill was honest, fair and reasonable. The new owners stuck it to me. I will never do business with Roberts Air again. The tech was professional and did a good job. My complaint is with the management. Read Less

The ladies who work at the front were AMAZING, extremely helpful and friendly. Rick was very knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. He knew exactly what he was talking about. He answered all my questions, and helped me choose the perfect unit for the long term. The whole process from start to finish was quick and smooth. Connor V and his partner S were excellent. They had to remove the old equipment in the attic and outside in the heat/humidity of Galveston before installation of new HVAC units and digital thermostat. Two additional crew arrived around 4pm to help them complete work by 6pm. They were polite, professional and efficient! We are delighted in our choice of Roberts Air!. Read Less

We arrived at our house in Galveston and noticed lots of water coming out of the AC overflow pipe. A friend recommended Roberts Air, and we were very pleased! First, they texted us when the technician was on his way, giving us his name and cell number as well as giving us his qualifications. He came quickly even though it was after 5:00 pm. The technician, Mario, was knowledgeable, professional and very personable. He solved the problem easily and quickly. We highly recommend this company! Read Less
