We had an A/C issue at our condo in Galveston where it suddenly stopped cooling—on a hot summer night, of course! I called Roberts Air, and they had Mario out quickly. He diagnosed a bad capacitor, replaced it right away, and had everything cooling again in no time. Super professional, efficient, and courteous. Mario was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable about his task. I won’t hesitate to call on him again. My mother came with us to Galveston for her 87th birthday so when we got here and found the a/c not working it was a little scary, my wife and I aren’t spring chickens either as we’re in our late 60’s so no a/c could be very bad. We arrived at 4:00. I called immediately and Roberts A/C was here before 5:00. Mario was done and leaving at 5:30, I cannot express how wonderful this experience turned out, finally a company with personal that actually care and you can see it in how they move and act from first contact till conclusion.
